On New Years Eve, Ted Zimmerman was shot in the hand by a stray bullet on his front porch that left him with expensive medical bills and the inability to work for months.

Ted is a professional trumpet player in Miami. For the last four years he has also been a mentor with “GOGO” Guitars over Guns organization an after school music mentoring program sponsored by and in partnership with communities in schools of GOGO, CIS of Miami and Miami’s Best Bands and artists are teaming up to hold this benefit concert to raise money for the mentoring program GOGO, where all cash proceeds will be use to reimburse Ted’s medical expenses and loss of work.
