In honor of National Ravioli Day, BRIO Tuscan Grille (BRIO) locations in South Florida will offer ravioli dishes at half price on Tuesday, March 19, 2013.
BRIO locations in South Florida are at The Falls in Miami, The Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, The Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, The Shops at Boca Center in Boca Raton, CityPlace in West Palm Beach, and The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens. Guests are invited to celebrate National Ravioli Day at BRIO on March 19 by enjoying classic BRIO dishes along with special offerings. “The National Ravioli Day celebration is an exciting way to showcase some of our classics and create special menu selections for our guests,” said Phil Yandolino, founding chef of BRAVO | BRIO Restaurant Group.
Ravioli Caprese, Romano crusted ravioli topped with tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella and cilantro pesto drizzle, is an appetizer offered all day for $5.25. A glass of the Sartori Family Reserve Pinot Grigio (Veneto, Italy) for $7.75 is the perfect complement to this delicious appetizer.
Ravioli Alla Vodka, offered all day for $7.75, is Ricotta-filled cheese ravioli with pancetta, garlic, basil and a rich tomato cream sauce.
Ravioli Di Bello is a scrumptious Portobello ravioli with Cremini mushrooms, tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh thyme in a champagne brown butter sauce. BRIO is offering the lunch portion for $5.97, and the dinner portion for $7.72. This dish pairs nicely with a glass of Porta Palo Merlot (Sicily, Italy) for $6.75. Porta Palo, made exclusively for BRIO, perfectly balances the heartiness of the mushrooms.
Cheese Ravioli Al Forno, offered all day for $6.75, is Ricotta-filled ravioli with housemade tomato and Alfredo sauces, striped with basil pine nut pesto.
