VIP tickets are $175 for a limited time and include full access to an exclusive VIP area, access to the VIP private yachts, exclusive premium drinks and food inside the Salon Privé, and VIP casino tables.
VIP tables at the Sea Lounge Monte-Carlo are also available for $3,000.00, which include VIP seating for 8 guests and unlimited premium bottle service all evening.

The Little Lighthouse Foundation presents the Fourth Annual Hearts and Stars Gala on. Celebrating four years of making a difference, The Little Lighthouse Foundation has grown exponentially from 20 to 200 benevolent, devoted volunteers assisting children and families in South Florida.
This year’s Hearts & Stars Gala will be held at Terra Veritatis, the recently completed waterfront compound of Bill Dean, which will be transformed into the famously lavish Casino de Monte-Carlo. The night will include imbibing at Jimmy’z, dancing under the stars at the Sea Lounge Monte-Carlo, and champagne on luxury yachts at Port Hercule. Revelers will escape to a majestic evening where the jet-set lifestyle of the French Riviera meets the über cool of South Beach.
Gathering for an excellent cause guests will enjoy unlimited premium open bars all night and food from South Florida’s top restaurants and caterers. All proceeds aggregated from the Casino de Monte-Carlo will be donated to the Little Lighthouse Foundation; chips will be exchanged for raffle tickets, which will be drawn for several prize packages each valued at over US $10,000.
Valet parking will only be available to those parties who purchase a VIP table, however, The Little Lighthouse Foundation will have pick up and drop off points where complimentary shuttles will deliver partygoers to and from Terra Veritatis.
