Along with Earth Wind & Fire, Charlie Wilson, New Edition, Najee, Mary Mary and Rachelle Ferrell; Ne-Yo and Monica round out one of the most anticipated lineups in the festival’s history. The festival’s final two headliners are expected to be announced before the end of the year.
