Miami Jewish Film Festival Turns Sweet 16
Hava Nagila (The Movie) opens the Miami Jewish Film Festival on Saturday, January 26, with a toe-tapping, hand clapping romp through the history and mystery of this ubiquitous party song. Festival organizers are planning Miami’s Biggest Hora Happening on Tuesday, Jan 22nd at MAR -JCC, to pay tribute to the classic song that has become an integral part of Jewish celebrations.
The ten-day film festival brings award-winning national and international dramas, thought-provoking documentaries about cultural diversity and racism, and endearing stories that explore friendship, trust and the art of forgiveness.
