SAIA invites guests to take a journey to Southeast Asia on Thursday, August 23rd at their monthly SAIA at Sunset dinner series. Guests will enjoy a delicious and innovative five-course menu from Executive Chef Subin Chenkosorn paired with a selection of fine wines from around the globe. A representative from Southern Wine & Spirits will play host to the group, answering questions and offering a brief education on each of the varietals. Guests will enjoy learning why each pairing is perfectly matched with the savory and sweet Asian-inspired dishes, all amidst stunning ocean views.
