Wine by the Bay and Amuse at Casa Moderna Hotel and Spa, Downtown Miami present their first, “Wine and Dine by the Bay.” Join Chef Kenneth Williams (formerly of Fisher Island Club) and Wine by the Bay owner, Stefano Campanini for a sumptuous summer five-course meal paired with some of Napa Valley’s best wines. “Wine and Dine by the Bay” will take place on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. RSVP’s are required to 786.369.0300. The cost is $50.00 per person plus taxes and tips.

The evening begins with “Wahame-wrapped Tuna Sirloin, Wasabi Risotto, and Napa Cabbage and Lemon Oil,” and ends with “Seared Wagyu Sirloin, Roasted Wild Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Quail Egg and Espresso Sauce.”

Accompanied by fresh berries, the signature “Triple Chocolate Mousse” is the perfect finale to a meal overlooking starlit Biscayne Bay.

Whether you are among friends or flying solo, this social and enlightening dinner experience is not to be missed!
