In celebration of the French national holiday comparable to America’s Fourth of July, East End Brasserie, is offering a weekend of themed events and menus that will leave guests saying “ooh la la.” Set in both the lounge and main dining room, locals and hotel guests can enjoy French martinis and bubbles, as well as classic cuisine ranging from moules frites to a collection of sweets.

The tempting prix fixe menu ($55 per person) will showcase four courses of delectable French cuisine.

Highlights include:
· Steak Tartare – beef filet, capers, anchovies, Dijon mustard, onion herbs, organic egg
· Salad Niçoise – bibb lettuce, niçoise olives, radish, deviled eggs, baby heirloom tomatoes, haricot vert, fingerling potatoes, red wine vinaigrette
· Roasted Red Snapper – with buttered peas, asparagus, Swiss chard, fingerling potatoes, lemon and olive oil
· Orange Crème Brulee – with amaretti cookies and cream

The Bastille Day Celebration will be held in the East End Brasserie Lounge. Festivities include complimentary glass of champagne, hors d’oeuvres and live entertainment by French-American Jazz musician, Annie Royer.
