Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band are hitting the road this summer with some unique traveling companions: the iconic drummer’s own original artwork collection. On Saturday, June 30, 2012, the Galleries on the Art Tour – a collection of art composed by Starr – will be on display in the Rock Shop at Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood. Later that evening, Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band featuring Steve Lukather (Toto), Gregg Rolie (Santana), Richard Page (Mr. Mister), Mark Rivera, Todd Rundgren and Gregg Bissonette will take the stage at Hard Rock Live Hollywood.

The Galleries on the Art Tour features a new series of Starr’s “Peace Signs,” a significant selection for the music legend who celebrates his birthday each year with a traditional moment of “Peace & Love.”

Proceeds from artwork sales will benefit Starr’s charity The Lotus Foundation, an organization that offers financial aid and assistance to facilitate family and child welfare, women’s issues, animal protection, addiction recovery and education.
