Join Dine Magazine, as we introduce you to Ernie’s Italian Chophouse where classic Italian recipes with a modern flair are their specialty. This newly opened restaurant brings together family and friends by great food and company. Ernie’s offers a sleek setting and the delectable cuisine of Chef Gary Wood. Chef comes to Ernie’s, after spending time at some prestigious restaurants in the area including 32 East, Max’s Grille, Aura and Mancini’s.

Chef’s culinary focus — simple is better — can be seen in his cuisine, where fresh mozzarella, homemade pastas and seasoned olives are made fresh daily. Expect farm-to-table ingredients, specialty Prime cuts of meat and whole fish, served tableside.

A trip to Ernie’s would not be complete without a taste of their veal meatballs — just one of the many specialty hors d’oeuvres that will be served to our guests.

Cost for this event is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes one glass of wine & a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres.
