Join Dine Magazine, as we introduce you to Ernie’s Italian Chophouse where classic Italian recipes with a modern flair are their specialty. This newly opened restaurant brings together family and friends by great food and company. Ernie’s offers a sleek setting and the delectable cuisine of Chef Gary Wood. Chef comes to Ernieâ€™s, after spending time at some prestigious restaurants in the area including 32 East, Maxâ€™s Grille, Aura and Manciniâ€™s.
Chefâ€™s culinary focus â€” simple is better â€” can be seen in his cuisine, where fresh mozzarella, homemade pastas and seasoned olives are made fresh daily. Expect farm-to-table ingredients, specialty Prime cuts of meat and whole fish, served tableside.
A trip to Ernieâ€™s would not be complete without a taste of their veal meatballs â€” just one of the many specialty hors dâ€™oeuvres that will be served to our guests.
Cost for this event is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes one glass of wine & a selection of complimentary hors dâ€™oeuvres.
