For a modern take on Asian cuisine, join us at NoVe Kitchen & Bar located in the ground floor of Opera Tower. NoVe — which stands for just north of the Venetian Causeway — is the perfect hangout to enjoy your favorite traditional sushi rolls created by Chef Hiro Tereda, formerly of Doraku and Moshi Moshi. The setting at NoVe is elegant, yet comfortable with brick walls, wood tables, and umbrella-shaded tables outside.
The menu consists of a variety of Asian tapas and modern sushi dishes that will appeal to both traditional sushi lovers and those looking for a carnivorous treat. While traditional sushi rolls make up a good portion of the menu, Chef will also awaken your palate with some of his signature creations. See how he has incorporated non-traditional ingredients like bacon, tempura-fried Bahamian conch and grilled skirt steak into his signature rolls.
Cost is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes one saketini and a selection of assorted sushi rolls.
