Digest Miami Goes Pink Benefit & Fundraising Dinner

Digest Miami is partnering with Eden South Beach to host Digest Miami Goes Pink Benefit Dinner in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Digest Miami, your visual guide to the best restaurants, chefs, and gastronomical experiences in South Florida, will curate a five course prix-fixe menu and wine pairings, imagined by James Beard nominee Chef Christopher Lee at Eden South Beach. Guests will enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail reception with “pink” cocktails courtesy of Stolichnaya Vodka. The cocktail reception begins at 7PM with dinner starting promptly at 8PM. Guests will be treated to an intimate evening with Chef leeʼs protégé Chef Matt Duryae who will explain each dish and its pairings. A portion of the evenings proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure®

First Course: Peach Salad | red onion, pickled radish, champagne vinaigrette
Second Course: Grilled Spanish Octopus | green lentils, chorizo, piquillo peppers
Third Course: Seared Branzino | green lentils, roasted peppers, chorizo emulsion
Fourth Course: Black Angus NY Strip | sweet corn, wilted spinach, tomato chimichurri
Fifth Course: Hot Chocolate Cake | raspberries, mint
