Moksha Family Arts Collective and Artist for Community Evolution present Moksha Roots Live, the official after party for The Rhythm Foundation’s Big Nights in Little Haiti. In this event we explore the roots of our cultures in the Mia.

Featured Bands this month…~Wraps N’ Kush~
A Roots Reggae Rock band with a unique soul penetrating sound, the band is the main source of live instrumentation for the artists on the JahGydeYah Records roster. The band comprises of Grammy nominated producer Steven “Purpose” Chung on bass, Vincent “Vinnie” Hamilton on keyboards, and Stephen Murphy on drums.

And…. ~Suav Mizik~
Suav play a plethora of styles, primarily kompa, a little bit of reggae and some R&B. Look for the release of their second album “Katon Rouj”.

The Moksha Roots Collective Band is a constant rotation of Miami’s finest roots and world music musicians with international guests. You never know who may join the jam.

Kirby Maurier was the co-author and featured vocalist behind “This Is The Life” by Valholla label mate Ramzez. “This Is The Life” quickly gained momentum with DJ’s throughout Miami, spinning the single in the hottest clubs, and being featured on South Florida radio stations such as 99Jamz, Power96, and internationally recognized.

Environmental light queen aka CARE is an international video artist originally from Seattle, Wa. Her vision is to create multi-sensory experiences that connect, inspire & engage.
