Aquaphonics is a uniquely funky electro-soul indie band from South Florida known for its liquid “Aquaboogie Sound” and dance-party inducing live performances. The band is comprised of founding members Jessiah Weston (drums/vocals) and Alan Martinki (keys/vocals) along with dynamic guitarist/vocalist Steve Elmore. Their edgy grooves and inspired song writing, as demonstrated in hits “Waiting for It” and “One,” continues to evolve. In September 2011, they headlined Ft. Lauderdale’s Culture Room for the Record Release Party for their first EP, Headline. Aquaphonics has shared the stage with The New Mastersounds and Perpetual Groove, performed a full set with Brock Butler and Adam Perry coined “Perpetual Phonics” and another with just Brock as “Broquaphonics.” The band has played two of Florida’s finest festivals – Bear Creek and Blackwater – and they’ll make their third appearance at AURA Music & Arts Festival in March 2012.

Formed in early 2010, The Funky Nuggets are a four-piece instrumental jam band. With the help of their loyal and daily growing fan-base, T.F.N. are proving that lyrics aren’t everything. T.F.N have a unique sound some have described as Jazz-Funk-Fusion. However, they just simply think of themselves as a ”jam band”, focusing on the improvisation in their live shows and feeding off the energy.
