The Miami Culinary Institute invites you to attend an exciting culinary weekend featuring the finest wines and most innovative chefs in the city with its first ever “Miami Food & Wine Culinary Experience” brought to you by Selected Brands, Miami magazine, Storick and Associates and EPIC Hotel. This exciting event will be held on October 15th and 16th , 2011 at the Miami Culinary Institute in Downtown Miami, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the United Way of Miami-Dade and scholarships for the Miami Culinary Institute.

The weekend will include a wide variety of incredible gastronomic exhibitions and exclusive opportunities to meet the most celebrated chefs in Miami and experience their most cutting- edge culinary creations. Some of the most anticipated events include the Grand Tasting Gala, which will introduce over 100 original food and wine pairings created by world’s most renowned chefs, sommeliers, sake experts and winemakers, and Culinary Theater, presented by Zing! which demonstrates the incredible science of perfect food and wine interactions.
