Retailers at Aventura Mall go pink this October with in-store events and limited-edition products all in support of breast cancer awareness.

In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, select Aventura Mall retailers will offer special in-store events and limited-edition products with proceeds going to various charities dedicated to breast cancer research and awareness. Special happenings dedicated to raising support for breast cancer this October include:

Lacoste partnered with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® and will donate 10 percent of proceeds from its fun and philanthropic “Pink Croc Collection” during the entire month of October.

The Walking Company is committed to raising more than $200,000 in support of its national partners City of Hope and National Breast Cancer Foundation along with numerous local breast cancer charity organizations. See the entire collection of exclusive pink ribbon products from UGG Australia, Dansko, Ecco and Abeo in-stores during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

BCBG Max Azria designed a pair of chic sunglasses that make a statement about National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. BCBG Max Azria will donate 20 percent of proceeds to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. See attached image.

Ann Taylor will donate 70 percent of its proceeds to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® for any full-priced purchase of the exclusive, Pink Jewel Collection. The jewel necklace and ring collection is designed for all strong, compassionate and stylish women. See attached image.

Bloomingdale’s created a reusable tote inspired by its iconic brown bag. The Little Pink Bag is $20, and $2 of each buy goes to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®. See attached image.

Forever 21 is launching a collection of apparel and accessories to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. For every product that is purchased from the collection for both men and women, 10% of the purchase price will be donated.

Color Me Mine at Alisa’s Painted Bistro is offering supporters the chance to paint a personalized Breast Cancer Ribbon that will be a part of a larger custom wall design for public display at a chosen local hospital and breast center.

Tumi offers shoppers an exclusive, pink travel collection to show their support. The collection includes a ‘Vapor’ International Carry-on, Tumi Super Leger, Enna Ruffle cosmetic case, iPad Case, eyeglass case, and leather luggage tag. Tumi will donate 20 percent of sales to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®.

The Bead Factory will sell breast cancer awareness bracelets for $12.95 each or three for $36 with a portion of proceeds going to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.
