Stephen Starr’s Steak 954 – After three years on the beach, 2011 marks the first time that Steak 954 is participating in Dine Out. Since they’re also one of the restaurants with the highest price point, it’s one of the best deals and a no-brainer. Chef de Cuisine Jason Smith is offering a variety of signature dishes from Miso Glazed Black Cod to Skirt Steak with fingerling potatoes, sautéed spinach and cipollini jus, while Pastry Chef Sarah Magoon makes it a tough choice for dessert between the Cheese Cake Brulee and her famous Banana Gateau. Valid Sunday-Thursday Oct 1 – Nov 10. Not valid during Boat Show Oct 27-31. 401 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL | 954.414.8333 | www.steak954.com

SAIA – This new Southeast Asia inspired sushi-heavy eatery is quickly proving to be a favorite for locals, due in part to the fact that the open-air kitchen is helmed by Chef Subin, formerly of the Delano. SAIA offers five courses rather than the required three with standout selections including their Ocean Blue Roll (avocado, boursin cheese, crab stick, tempura fried) and the Miso Scallops (lime & sea salt crusted, Japanese yam, scallion, honey-miso). Valid Sunday-Thursday Oct 1 – Nov 10. Not valid during Boat Show Oct 27-31. 999 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 | 954.302.5252 | www.SAIAsushi.com

China Grill Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina – We know you’re familiar with their Miami outpost but if you haven’t visited their waterfront Fort Lauderdale location, now is your chance. Their Dine Out menu offers a bit of everything from the famous Crackling Calamari Salad to their Barbequed Salmon, Sake Marinated Drunken Chicken and the Sweet Soy Marinated Skirt Steak, and of course accompaniments including Wasabi Mashed Potatoes and Five Vegetable Fried Rice. The amount of dishes ordered is dependent on the total guests, so bring friends to nosh on the full spectrum of offerings but even if you dine as a couple it’s guaranteed nobody goes home hungry. Valid Sunday-Thursday Oct 1 – Nov 10. Not valid during Boat Show Oct 27-31. 1881 SE 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 | 954.759.9950 | www.chinagrillmgt.com
