Join Dine Magazine for wine & hors d’oeuvres at Escopazzo in Miami Beach. Escopazzo — voted One of the Ten Most Important Miami Restaurants of the Decade by Miami New Times — brings contemporary and creative Italian dishes to South Beach. Chef and owner Gian Carla Bodani has been creating magic in her kitchen since 1993, and uses only organic and all-natural ingredients.

We will be featuring wines from the historic, cattle region of Italy called Maremma — ideal for this venue, as they are in perfect harmony with Escopazzo’s organic philosophy. Guests will enjoy 1 complimentary glass of wine — Montelvini Prosecco, Montelvini Pinot Grigio or Tenuta casteani, Sessanta ’07 (Super Tuscan) — and a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres. Cost: $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes 1 glass of wine and a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres like: Marinated zucchini, mint and goat cheese bruschetta; Grilled eggplant and smoked scamorza skewers; Cool tomato liquid napoleon with pesto and burrata; Mushroom, Fontina and truffle oil infused puff pastry lasagnetta.
