WHAT: This summer the YMCA of Greater Miami is encouraging parents to give their kids a chance to be active and make friends at the Y’s camps from June 13th to August 19th in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. Campers will gain experiences, develop essential social skills and create lifelong friendships, while enjoying summer camp adventures along the way.
For the first time this year, the Y will also offer preschool camp at the all three Y preschool locations where kids will experience 11 themed weeks that will offer a variety of enrichment, special events, water play and guest entertainment. Other specialty camps include: Jr. Marine Biology Camp (at Virginia Key Beach and Key Largo), YMCA Zoology Camp, Dance Expression! Camp, Sports Camp, Leaders in Training Camp, Underwater Adventure Camp and Sanna Fine Arts Camp.
