Since the opening of 1500° in October 2010, foodies have raved over executive Chef Paula DaSilva’s soulful farm-to-table cuisine. This Easter Sunday, April 24, 2011 diners can delight in an exclusive Easter brunch created by the Hell’s Kitchen alumni at Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach. This brunch promises a tantalizing culinary array along with an Easter egg decorating station for children. The buffet style menu is priced at $65 per person, including endless mimosas, and $19.95 for children ages 5-12; and free for children under 5 (excluding tax and gratuity).
