Overtown Rhythm & Arts Festival on Saturday, April 9, 2011.  The Overtown Rhythm & Arts Festival, organized, planned and implemented by volunteers from the non-profit group Magic-In-Action and local leaders of the Overtown Community, aims to celebrate the rich history of one of Miami’s earliest settlements.
