Sake Blue Grand Opening and launch of Sake Blue Fridays By Betty Alvarez

The fine dining capital of South Florida has added another star to their list, but with a twist. Sake Blue, which hosted its Grand Opening on April 8 is an exclusive restaurant and lounge offering Progressive Global Asian food, an impressive list of sakes and high-energy all around. Upon arriving at 225 Altara Avenue in Coral Gables, guests were first greeted with a feast for the eyes. Eye-catching Asian-inspired murals line the walls for your viewing pleasure and then your eyes are drawn to the 38-foot Sake Bar.
This day also kicked off “ Sake Blue Fridays” where Happy Hour specials begin at 4pm (4 -7pm, 2 for 1 well drinks) and complimentary ZU & TY KU cocktails as well as complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be offered from 8 to 9pm. To help set the tone and complete the mod-Asian experience, entertainment includes Asian drummers, Go-Go Geisha dancers performed and live music by DJ Miguel G.

High-energy is in and open to all at Sake Blue every Friday. Come unwind at the bar, enjoy a fulfilling dining experience or celebrate a special occasion “sake style” in Coral Gables’ first private sake room adorned with dragon graffiti murals while rubbing shoulders with up to twelve of your friends.

It was a fun filled evening, the decor was great and guests had a great time! Looking forward to visiting again!
