ARC Homestead School
756 West Palm Drive
Florida City, Fl, 33034

The event is the last of a series put together by Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce/ Leadership Miami Project “Miami in Motion”. The group is proud to deliver a therapy room for the use of ARC’s school Project Thrive in Homestead, FL.

Understanding how difficult it is for families to raise and provide quality time, education, and meaningful activities for their own young children, the Leadership Miami “Miami in Motion” team wanted to do something different and unique for the children served by ARC Project Thrive, and they did! Through various events organized in January and February, Miami in Motion managed to raise a total of $32,000 in money and in-kind donations for the school. This Thursday, March 31st at the school facility located on 756 West Palm Drive, Florida City, the group of Miami professional will be formally opening the brand new therapy room for the use of the kids and therapists of ARC.

ARC Project Thrive is an accredited school in Florida City that serves children with developmental delays and disabilities, as well as at-risk children and typically developing siblings. The children enrolled in the school are 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Children’s developmental conditions range from speech and language delays to autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and genetic and chromosomal disorders.
