The “I Know I Can” Young Women’s Summit started several years ago when Supa Cindy personality began receiving phone calls from young female listeners seeking her advice on how to handle life problems. Supa’s genuine interest in South Florida’s youth inspired her to create a Non Profit Organization called “Supa Friends” with its main focus of motivating the youth. By organizing events such as motivational seminars, mentor programs, free SAT tutorial classes, and college campus tours, tours of different locations and sites for future career placement, rap sessions to discuss concerns and current issues Supa intends to achieve the goal. The “I KNOW I CAN” summit gives young woman a chance to get questions that they may be too afraid or embarrassed to ask and also mentors the girls facing life challenges and self esteem challenges.

As a seasoned on-air personality, Supa Cindy has 10 years of experience under her belt working with the community and has blossomed into an influential member of the South Florida community. She has become a person that young women look up to.
