What: Vinoeolio offers a special Due Cuori or “two hearts” menu for Valentine’s Day featuring Seared Florida shrimp and scallops in a garbanzo and rosemary cream, “Hearts of Burrata” homemade, heart-shaped ravioli stuffed with creamy burrata cheese, Amberjack Tataki with broccoli rabe, pine nuts and grapes and Chef Andrea’s spiced chocolate pie with Zacapa rum crème.

This February, Design District newcomer, Vinoeolio will play cupid for Miami’s lovers of all kinds. Chef Andrea Menichetti has whipped up a sinful four-course menu being offered at Vinoeolio during Valentine’s Weekend. In addition he will be making the rounds showing South Floridians how to heat up their night athome with that special someone.

For those who delight in a romantic dinner for two, Vinoeolio presents the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening. With the lights down low, cozy tables for two in the more private section of the restaurant sets the perfect ambiance for an evening of seduction of all the senses. In the kitchen, Chef Andrea Menichetti will be offering a special Due Cuori or “two hearts” menu featuring
o Seared Florida shrimp and scallops in a garbanzo and rosemary cream
o “Hearts of Burrata” homemade ravioli stuffed with creamy burrata cheese
o Amberjack Tataki with broccoli rabe, pine nuts and grapes
o Chef Andrea’s spiced chocolate pie with Zacapa rum crème
It will be available Friday, February 11th, 2011 through Monday, February 14th, 2011 priced at $68.00 per person with an optional wine pairing for $30.00.

All month long, Chef Andrea Menichetti will be teaching Miami how to make some of his surefire dishes of seduction. On Monday, February 7th he’ll appear on NBC6’s South Florida Today Show preparing Seared Florida Shrimp and Scallops in a Garbanzo and Rosemary Cream. Then right before Valentine’s Day on Saturday February 12th at 1pm, he’ll be preparing his Seared Florida Shrimp and Scallops in a Garbanzo and Rosemary Cream in front of a live audience at Macy’s Aventura Home Store in the Culinary Kitchen Cellar on the 2nd Floor.

Vinoeolio is conveniently located in Miami’s Design District, just minutes from South Beach and Downtown, at 139 NE 39th Street.
