Soyka Restaurant, located in the historic MiMo District of Miami, is dimming its lights and setting the right ambiance for a romantic Valentine’s Day.

The special dinner will be accompanied by live entertainment and include succulent dishes prepared by Chef Paul Suriel, perfectly harmonized with Soyka’s extensive and impressive wine list.

What’s sexier than a glass of sparkling rosé to get things started on Valentine’s Day? Absolutely nothing. Before the appetizers arrive, share the Cremant D’Alsace Brut Rosé, Lucien Albrecht with that special someone, ($11 a glass; $44 a bottle). Soyka’s masterfully prepared oysters taste great with a Grey Goose Martini, straight up with a twist, ($12). The Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon needs only a bottle of French Bordeaux to share – the Saint Emilion Grand Cru – Chateau La Croix Meunier, France 2006, ($60 a bottle). And for the finale, a Chocolate Soufflé paired with “Passion” Fragoli Wild Strawberry Liqueur and Prosecco, ($10 a glass) or Chocolate Amore Port, ($9 a glass).
