Ten private oceanfront cabanas line up with plush couches, flat screen TVs and seductive lighting to cast a luminous mood while the Cabana Captain stands ready to provide luxury Ritz-Carlton service. Savor a family-style culinary experience with a fresh seafood display of American caviar, King Crab and lobster, with grilled beef tenderloin, sea bass , delectable desserts and more for $250 per person for up to six guests and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot per couple to toast the New Year as the dramatic fireworks production takes place just over the water.
