Photographs of River of Art at the Bleu Moon on 8/25/10

Life Is Art,  Soul of Miami,  Tony Major Events and Bleu Moon Cafe present River of Art at Bleu Moon at The Double Tree Grand Hotel on Wednesday, August 25, 2010.  We had live music by Cat Shell, a seductive songstress, was there to bring her unique mix of jazzy pop/soul to the listening ears of the world. Cat has taken her eclectic taste in music and formulated a style that combines the sounds of the past with the present. Cat Shell’s music brings with it an aura of familiarity and radio-friendly artistry.    We had two artist displaying their art, Kris Starry, her forte is capturing impromptu moments of time, moments of love, and moments of joy. She prefers to maintain her distance to capture natural shots, but will be happy to gently guide you when another angle or better light would be more dramatic or flattering.  Also, Alan Laird, artist …social activist, primarily work with paint on canvas and 3D installation.  They are both amazing artist.   We had Emily Peters displaying her jewelry, she has been designing Jewelry for over 11 years and opened Piaz Jewelry.  Every exceptional and playful piece is handmade by me for remarkable women. When I design jewelry for Piaz, I gravitate toward a modern, frenetic, and striking aesthetic. The Earrings, Necklaces, and Bracelets are constructed from Fine Silver, Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Filled Wire and Chain, glass and metal beads, and Semi-Precious Stones.

Also, there was a special fundraiser for Citizen Gulf by Social Media Club South Florida.

Thanks everyone for coming out and supporting Life Is Art, Soul of Miami, and Social Media Club of South Florida.
