She was born and raised in Cali and obtained a degree in Professional Music of Berklee College of Music in Boston. We have seen her as an actress and heard her unique voice in many TV productions from Colombia. “La Vida Se Va†is Barrios’s first solo album. Last album she delivered was 2005 when she was half of the tropical/pop duo Bachá which was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award. This new album has a very clean and beautiful voice, fresh and updated sound based on the folkloric roots from Colombia. Barrios tells us stories of our day by day life, in this world with a lack of affection but this big desire to find the true love.
