Femme Coiffure Hair Spa Honors Breast Cancer Awareness Month

South Beach Hair Spa Donates 15% of Hair & Scalp Laser Treatments to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®

WHO: In recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, Femme Coiffure Hair Spa — specialty hair salon located at The Ritz Carlton-South Beach —will be raising awareness and support for women battling with breast cancer.

WHAT: From October 1 through October 31, 2009, Femme Coiffure Hair Spa will dedicate 15 percent of sales from their $2,000.00 Hair & Scalp Laser Treatments including any laser service to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.

Low Level Laser Therapy machine is renowned for its innovative ability to stop hair loss. With treatments priced at $2,000.00, the state-of-the-art machine is utilized and recommended by master stylist and owner Raphael Reboh with the use of Rene Furterer products.

Offering clients with a permanent solution to hair loss, Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) utilizes a special soft laser light without heat that emits from a laser device and produces a beneficial wavelength of laser light to prevent hair loss. Clinically proven, this beneficial light can help treat hair loss safely. The unique laser light improves microcirculation and stimulates the scalp tissue, increases blood and lymph circulation at the hair roots, decreases inflammation and energizes follicular cells causing hair to grow thicker, fuller and stronger.

“Femme Coiffure Hair Spa applauds the work of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® and is honored to dedicate a portion of sales from the popular Laser Low Treatments to support this mission,” said Raphael Reboh.

The three-month LLLT program includes 18 visits or treatments. The program also involves ongoing scalp and hair evaluations every 30 days.
