Cooking Under Fire w/ Chef Shashank – A Learning Series from the Sidewalk Chef

It involves cooking in a limited space, with only the equipment and utensils you could find in any kitchen, on a budget, and in 30 minutes or less! It’s Gourmet cooking made easy. . .

This course will teach students to prepare gourmet meals in the comfort of their home kitchen in a hands-on, “user friendly” approach that only Chef Agtey can give. They will gain a better understanding of shopping within their budget. Students will also gain knowledge of how presentation and ambiance add to the total experience.

Best of all, you can taste what you make and the chef’s book is included!
