Two Original Member of the Mango Gang Among Chefs
Set to Whip up Some Magic at Fairchild’s Mango Brunch
Fairchild’s Mango Brunch is a tasty tribute to the most delicious of tropical fruits—the mango! This year’s Mango Brunch held on Sunday, July 12, at 11:00 a.m. is bringing together two of the original members of the Mango Gang, Allen Susser of Chef Allen’s, and Mark Militello of The Regent Bal Harbour. Noted chefs Roly Cruz-Taura of The Biltmore, and Giancarla Bodoni of Escopazzo will also be creating original and amazing mango dishes. But it doesn’t end there—look for some sweet mango excitement from The Four Seasons executive pastry chef Charles Froke, a CIA graduate whose artistic desserts are the talk of the town. Whole Foods, this year’s sponsor for Fairchild’s International Mango Festival, and a crew of their chefs will be preparing mouth-watering mango waffles with mango butter for the Brunch.
